Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

scriptio.in offers rolling active subscriptions built to empower creators. At any given moment, and for any reason, all recurring subscriptions—including the Creator tier (₹699/month) or Pro tier (₹1,499/month)—can be completely canceled using the billing dashboard. Canceling immediately halts future charges, while the credits you've purchased will accurately remain available for the duration of the current billing cycle.

2. Refunds

Since we operate a digital token ecosystem where high server-resource utilization costs are executed immediately upon AI computation (e.g. running your Voice DNA), we process requested refunds strictly on a case-by-case basis.

Prerequisite for Refunds

If you have erroneously requested a charge, please contact our support team swiftly. We handle refunds exclusively before the allocated credits are used and spent. Once a script has successfully generated, bypassing our AI language engine filters and deducting the active account balance, we generally decline that portion of the refund as server resources were already utilized securely.
